Return Policy
Hidden Hair will not accept any returns. Exchanges only as long as the extensions are unused and returned in its original condition and packaging within the 30 days of purchase.
Defective Product Claim
In the event of a defective product claim, the extension must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Hidden Hair reserves the right to evaluate the extension based on the claim. If Hidden Hair finds the extension to be defective under normal use, at the option of Hidden Hair. a replacement extension of equal value will be provided.
All exchanges are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee.
