Return Policy
Hidden Hair extensions are Non-Returnable. However, we are happy to accommodate exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item(s); please see our Exchange policy below.
Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges must be returned to us within (10) business days of receipt of purchase.
Exchange Eligibility
- Extensions must be in perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, and undamaged) and in original packaging. If product(s) have been altered, worn or damaged; item(s) will be considered ineligible and deemed unathorized.
Shipping Costs on Exchanges
Shipping charges will apply. We will ship via the method chosen on the original order; unless instructions in the exchange package specifies otherwise.
Backorders
If a backorder occurs on your item(s); you will be notified via email and given the option to be placed on a priority waitlist or cancel the backordered item. All cancelled orders will receive a refund to the credit card used. For those on a waitlist you will be updated via email with the estimated arrival date. All items will be shipped promptly upon arrival.
Defective Product Claim
In the event of a defective product claim, the extension must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Hidden Hair reserves the right to evaluate the extension based on the claim. If Hidden Hair finds the extension to be defective under normal use, at the option of Hidden Hair. a replacement extension of equal value will be provided.
All exchanges are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.
